HOW TO PURCHASE

Golden Tickets are $100 each, with a maximum of 200 tickets available. Individuals may purchase multiple tickets, subject to availability.

Golden Tickets cannot be purchased through this website or by email. To purchase a ticket, please contact the Orange County Sports Commission directly at 949-782-6656 or use the form below to inquire. OCSC staff will provide instructions for completing the purchase offline.

Upon completion of payment, OCSC will issue a physical, sequentially numbered Golden Ticket. Each ticket will include a detachable stub bearing the same unique ticket number. The purchaser will retain the ticket, and the corresponding stub will be entered into the physical drawing.

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not purchase, reserve, or enter a Golden Ticket in the raffle.

USE OF PROCEEDS

At least 90% of gross receipts from Golden Ticket sales will be used by the Orange County Sports Commission to support its charitable purposes in California, in accordance with California Penal Code §320.5.

Eligibility

Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 and older.

Ticket Purchases & California Law

Price & Scarcity: $100 per ticket. Exactly 200 physical tickets will be sold.
Offline Sales Requirement: Per California Penal Code § 320.5, tickets cannot be processed directly online. Submitting a form registers your request; an OCSC representative will contact you to finalize payment offline (phone, mail, or in person) and issue your physical ticket stub.
Sales Period: September 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026 (or until sold out).

Prize

Grand Prize: One winner receives the full sports package (Angels, Ducks, OCSC, and US Open of Surfing passes valued at $5,000+). Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Drawing & Winner Announcement

Drawing: Held on December 31, 2026 at Orange County Sports Commission Office under the supervision of an OCSC representative who is at leat 18 years old. This will not be a public or live event. OCSC will conduct a physical random drawing from the matching detachable stubs of all eligible tickets sold. An online wheel generator will not be used.
Claiming Prize: The winner will be contacted directly by email and/or telephone and subsequently announced on the OCSC website and social media, subject to confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of the prize.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to let OCSC share their name and photos/video for promotional use in future campaigns.

Taxes & Fine Print Ticket entries are games of chance and are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions under IRS rules. The winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes.
